Constructed from heavy cold-rolled 14 gauge steel, this rack can support loads of up to 600 lbs when paired with 3/8'' plywood or thicker. High-quality screws are provided, and all hardware has undergone rigorous testing to ensure reliability and safety.
The specially designed longer ceiling brackets, which attach to two joists, ensure stability and security for the FLEXIMOUNTS overhead garage storage racks. Our brand is committed to providing complete and simple solutions for organizing your garage space, making garage organization easier for you.
Please note that the product does not come with wire decks or wooden decks. FLEXIMOUNTS recommends using a 4'x8' size and at least 3/8" thick plywood. You can customize the color of your wooden decks to suit your preferences or reuse old wooden boards.
Featuring a heavy-duty construction with 4 reinforced corners triangle, 2 frame reinforcement bars, and 8mm thicker screws, the FLEXIMOUNTS overhead garage storage rack offers a secure loading capacity of up to 600lbs when used with 3/8" plywood or thicker. The multiple dedicated embedded mounting points in the frame allow for firm and secure fastening of your decking with tapping screws, and sufficient screws are provided for this purpose.
This garage storage rack provides the perfect solution for a cluttered garage, utilizing unused overhead space to keep items off the floor and out of the way. The 22" to 40" ceiling dropdown allows for up to 105 cu. Ft. of storage space, with dimensions of 96 in. L x 48 in. W x 22-40 in. H. Additional FLEXIMOUNTS hooks are available to expand storage capacity, sold separately.
The DIY installation is made easy with the provided installation template to assist with drilling mounting holes. This overhead storage rack is suitable for all ceiling joist spacings ≤ 24'', and for spacing > 24'', it fits ceilings spaced at 48''.
