The ceiling should be made of wooden beams or concrete. If wooden beams are used, the appropriate beam spacing is 12/16/24 inches. The axle length is 71", so ensure the beam is long enough. Is it suitable for a ceiling height over 9 feet? We recommend ceilings not exceeding 9 feet. If the ceiling is higher, you may need to use a ladder to reach the pole for raising or lowering the deck.

Issue: Uneven wire deck (higher on the pulley side). If the rope passes through the axle from below, it means the pole is rotating in the wrong direction. Lower the wire deck to its lowest position and rotate the winding pole COUNTERCLOCKWISE to raise the deck. Why is my wire deck not level?
